Terms of Service
The rules for using Camgomeet: who can join, how coins and purchases work, what behavior gets an account closed, and the limits of our responsibility.
Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and the team behind Camgomeet (camgomeet.me). By opening the site, starting a match, making a call or buying coins, you accept them, together with our privacy policy and community guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Camgomeet
You must be at least 18 years old to use Camgomeet. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and that using a video chat service is legal where you live. We may ask for information to confirm your age and may close any account we believe belongs to someone younger.
You may not use Camgomeet if we have previously banned you, or if you create an account to get around a suspension.
What the service is
Camgomeet is a browser-based video chat service. It offers random 1v1 video matching, direct 1v1 video and voice calls, private messages, the ability to follow people, a list of who is online, and profiles with photos and short videos. It works in phone and desktop browsers without an app download. A summary of each part is on the features page.
We may add, change or remove features over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical problems outside our control.
Your account
You can begin as a guest, and you can create an account to keep your coins and settings across devices. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login details private. Profile names, photos and videos you post must belong to you and must follow the community guidelines. Do not pretend to be another person or create accounts in someone else’s name.
Coins, gifts and payments
Camgomeet is free to start: the first part of a match costs nothing. Continuing longer sessions, some calls and sending gifts use coins, which you can buy in the wallet. The price of a coin package is shown before you pay, and the coin cost of an action is shown before it is spent.
Coins are a license to use features inside Camgomeet. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account. Purchases are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, coin purchases are final once the coins are credited. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] with the payment reference and we will look into it.
Things you must not do
You agree not to: show nudity or sexually explicit behavior on camera; involve or show anyone under 18; harass, threaten or abuse other people; post hateful content; ask other users for money, gift cards or payment details; record, screenshot or share someone else without their consent; send spam, advertising or links; use bots, scripts or automated tools; try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service; or use Camgomeet for anything illegal.
The full list, with examples, is in the community guidelines.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, videos and messages you post. By posting them you give us permission to store, display and deliver them as needed to run Camgomeet, for example to show your profile to other users. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
We may remove any content that breaks these terms or the guidelines.
Suspension and termination
We may warn you, limit features, suspend or permanently close your account if you break these terms, if we receive credible reports about your behavior, or if we need to protect other users. Serious violations, such as anything involving minors, lead to an immediate ban and may be reported to the authorities. Coins left in a closed account are forfeited when the account is closed for a violation.
You can stop using Camgomeet at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected].
Other users and our responsibility
The people you meet on Camgomeet are real individuals, and we cannot control what they say or do during a call. We do not run background checks and do not guarantee anyone’s identity, intentions or behavior. Use the report option on any profile if something goes wrong, and read our safety tips before sharing personal details.
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the conduct of other users, or for interruptions to the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest version is always on this page. If a change is significant, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
