How to reach the Camgomeet support team by email, what details to include so we can help faster, and how to report an urgent safety problem.
Email support
The fastest way to reach the team behind Camgomeet is email: [email protected]. One inbox handles everything, including technical problems, coin and payment questions, account and deletion requests, privacy requests and reports about other users.
What to include in your message
A clear first message saves a lot of back-and-forth. Please include:
Your account or profile name, and the email address linked to your account if you have one.
The device and browser you are using, for example iPhone with Safari or a Windows laptop with Chrome.
What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when it happened.
For payment questions, the purchase time, amount and the payment reference from your receipt.
Screenshots of error messages, if you have them. Please do not send screenshots of other people’s video.
Reporting another user
For most problems with another person, the quickest route is the report option on their profile, because it attaches the right account automatically. If you want to add more context, email us with the person’s profile name, the approximate time of the call or message, and what happened. The rules we enforce are in our community guidelines.
Urgent safety issues
If you think someone is under 18, if someone threatened you, is trying to blackmail you, or asked you for money or gift cards, report the profile and then email [email protected] with “Urgent safety” in the subject line. We look at these before other messages.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can support an investigation, but we cannot send help to a physical location.
Privacy and account deletion requests
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email us from the address on your account, or include your account name so we can confirm the request is yours. The privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
